These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pcc88 platform, accessible at pcc88.vip, and all related services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers provided by pcc88 ("we", "us", "the Operator"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between pcc88 and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the Account Holder") who registers an account, accesses the platform, or places any wager or bet through pcc88. pcc88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your pcc88 account, or any funds held within it, to any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on pcc88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pcc88 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.
2. Deposits are processed instantly in the majority of cases. pcc88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay network issues. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the pcc88 payment information section. 4. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name and details as the pcc88 account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
5. pcc88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending the outcome of a fraud review, bonus abuse investigation, or identity verification check. In such cases pcc88 will notify the affected account holder within a reasonable time.

pcc88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

1. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms for each bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
2. Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement terms.

5. pcc88 welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new account holders only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions will be treated as bonus abuse.

All games available on pcc88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game provider. pcc88 does not control the outcome of any game; outcomes are determined exclusively by the game provider's certified RNG. The following rules apply to all games played on the pcc88 platform.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and live betting markets available on pcc88. These rules apply in addition to the game-specific or market-specific rules published within each betting interface.

1. All bets are final once confirmed. pcc88 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where pcc88 determines at its sole discretion that the bet was accepted in error or as a result of a technical fault.

4. Maximum winnings per bet and per day are subject to limits set by pcc88 at its discretion. pcc88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, player, or event without prior notice and without explanation.

pcc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. The following provisions are part of pcc88's responsible gaming framework.

1. Account holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for reductions. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect.
2. Account holders may request a temporary time-out from pcc88 for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, access to the account will be suspended and no bets or deposits will be accepted.
3. Account holders who wish to permanently exclude themselves from pcc88 may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pcc88. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with pcc88 in any way that bypasses or replaces normal human interaction.
• Money laundering or any use of pcc88 to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. pcc88 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or evade account-level restrictions.
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or manipulation of the pcc88 platform, its software, or its game interfaces, including exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at pcc88 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

pcc88 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it reasonably suspects of involving prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, pcc88 will close the account permanently, forfeit all balances, and take any further action it considers appropriate.

pcc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following are examples of circumstances in which pcc88 may take such action, though this list is not exhaustive.

1. A breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing to complete identity verification within a reasonable time.
2. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity in connection with the player's account or betting activity.
3. Where pcc88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

All content on the pcc88 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, video content, and audio content, is the property of pcc88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pcc88 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No other rights are granted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the pcc88 platform without the prior written consent of pcc88. Any unauthorised use of pcc88 content may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pcc88's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, your account, or any game or bet is limited as follows.

1. pcc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of pcc88, even if pcc88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By registering an account and using pcc88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at pcc88.vip/privacy-policy and forms part of the overall agreement between you and pcc88.

pcc88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pcc88 will notify account holders by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number or contact details registered on the account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of pcc88 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pcc88 and may request closure of your account by contacting customer support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the pcc88 platform. pcc88 operates as an international online entertainment service. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of pcc88 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. pcc88 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are legal in all jurisdictions.
